Hairdresser AI

It started as a question about leverage: how far can one person take a real product when AI tools do the heavy lifting? Hairdresser AI is the running answer. I designed it, built it and shipped it end to end with Claude Code and Codex: product, interface, backend, the lot.
The idea itself is simple and a little personal. Walking into a salon is a small act of faith. Showing people the cut before the scissors come out removes the faith part. Upload a photo, pick a style, see yourself wearing it, then book the chair.
Status: parked. Not for lack of a product — the thing works, and you can try it yourself. What it needs next isn’t code.
The real next step was always selling: walking into salons across Barcelona, where roughly 70% of hairdressers still have no website of their own, and handing them one that shows their customers the cut before they commit. That is a good business. It is also a full-time one, and between cargo drones and everything else, I can’t give it the hours it deserves.
So it sits here, built and waiting. If it moves, this page gets a sequel.
